Terri is a Certified Management Consultant whose primary interest is the matching technology to people. With degrees in technology and psychology, she has worked as a consultant since 1987, and co-founded a consulting practice in 1988. She was certified by the Canadian Association of Management Consultants in 1992, and won a President’s Award for exceptional service in 1993.

Terri brings all the pieces together to develop and deliver an Internet presence. She has worked to structure and coordinate multi-national/multi-lingual Web sites that deliver technical and general interest information to a broad audience.

Terri co-authored major revisions to "Management Practices in Information Technology", the Association's common body of knowledge for its IT subject area that forms the basis of the Association's IT equivalency exam. She is a Board Member of the Waterloo Wellington Training and Adjustment Board and Chair of Brush with Art. She has worked with these and many other non-profit organizations.

While managing the Municipal Government Operations Group for Bull Information Systems, Jim Lacey was involved with over 120 municipalities at both the Regional and Local levels. During those ten years, Jim developed a comprehensive understanding of Municipal requirements and challenges faced by Local Government. Jim then worked for leading technology solution providers, and was a partner in a technology company that did over $15 Million dollars in technology solutions and professional services
